I have 160mb of flash storage and 700mb of sd storage yet i'm constantly unable to install apps??
this has been happening for such a long time, my twitter app broke so i uninstalled it, now when I try to redownload it it either says package file invalid or not enough storage space but I have enough space for everything I try to download. i'm pissed off because this has been going on for months with other apps too and I just want to download apps since I have space >:l why is this happening? any advice? thanks Smile (also my phone is a galaxy s2)

1. a reset usually solves the problems. I often do this when my Android started acting weird. type this on dial screen: *#*#7780#*#*
2. @ invalid package this may due to corrupted file( corrupted .apk so that need to be redownload completely), wrong file extension/ compressed file which needs to be extracted. Note that application package for Android is (.apk).
3. clear browser cache regularly to free up some internal space. use any third party browser instead for browsing like ucbrowser, opera, dolphin, etc which store their cache and download in SDcard.
