Well, first of all, everybody can LOSE WEIGHT.

Usually, the biggest obstacle is the MENTAL approach. Most people do not lose weight because of their mental approach to the situation, they say that they can't do it, it's impossible, etc. Also, most people are LAZY and not DETERMINED. They say that they will do it tomorrow but they never do it.

If you have the proper mental approach to the situation, the other part is not that hard.
You also need to have the same mentality during the whole process, because you cannot give up during the process of losing weight (and this does not apply only to losing weight, it applies to everything, whether you want to be a billionare, a doctor, a musician, etc.)

If you head towards the situation with optimism, determination, will and courage, you will most likely succeed and be ready to start your transformation.

The second part and the final one is just as vital.

First of all, to lose weight, two THINGS are CRITICAL.

1. NUTRITION
2. EXERCISE

Most people think that exercising is everything and they tend to leave nutrition aside, but they have to know that without proper nutrition, exercising will lead to failrue.

Nutrition is FUEL for your body. Without FUEL, a car cannot start. Without proper nutrition, you cannot exercise.

Thus, having a balanced and healthy diet is very important. Personally, I do not recommend following a STRICT diet, but I do recommend being picky over what you eat and having a set time when you eat.

Eating protein enriched foods is very important because proteins are the key to building muscle (which is sort of equivalent to losing weight).

Try avoiding foods that are high on fats and don't eat foods with a lot of sugar. Now I'm not saying you shouldn't eat sugar since sugar is the main source of energy and avoid eating fat because fat is also required, just try eating in low amounts.

IF you have good nutrition, it will be easier to lose weight.

Now EXERCISE -

Exercising is the physical part of the equation, but cannot be completed without having a strong mentality.

I recommend exercising intensively once in two days (e.g. exercise today, rest tomorrow, exercise the day after tomorrow).

If you have light activity during the day (such as walking), it's great because even on rest days, you will still have some activity which is needed.

Just try to exercise as intensively as possible during your workout days.

I personally recommend checking out HIIT exercises, since they are high intensive exercises which exercise your body to the fullest and in return help you lose weight faster.

You can watch a lot of HIIT workout videos on YouTube.
