how can I get the new Facebook Profile?

A week ago it was easy to get the new facebook profile, now I don't see any links inviting me to upgrade. How do I upgrade?

Go through you're friends and look at all of their profiles. Find one with a new type of profile and find the pop up bar at the top of the screen. There's a button on it that says something like "Get the new profile"
