Who is this famous person?

I saw this woman in nandos (in canterbury-england) she was wearing all black clothes and sunglasses making me think she was famous as when she walked to the table the covered her face. With her she had a tall man and a short plump woman.
After 30 minutes of being there some teenage kids were outside looking at her through the class windows, one chav walked to the window and mouthed 'is that her?!' The tall man stood up and said 'ill cut your throat!' Next two females went up to the woman and asked for her autograph. Making me assume she was in fact famous

Appearance: coloured skin, dred lock type long brown hair, average height, skinny.

At first I thought azealia banks or Alexandra Burke, I am almost certain she is a singer, although I don't think she is as famous as she thought she was, maybe featuring in another artists songs?
