My computer randomly crashes?

OK so my computer just randomly crashes, at any time no matter what am doing, i could just leave it on and it would crash eventually. I re installed windows, was not much help still crashes, i cleaned out the pc still nothing i even applied thermal paste to the CPU and still nothing... I recently broke off this little rubber thingy from my DC socket so if i want the computer to charge i have to adjust the charger until it gets a contact, could that have anything to do with the crashes ? please help.
The blue screen does not appear it just freezes and you cannot do anything about it apart from holding the switch on/off button

Hello Edvinas,

Having a damaged DC jack is a hazard, diffidently would need to be fix and could possibly be the culprit.

When it crashes does it BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death) or just powers off completely?
