Help! Why does Omar Todd keep adding himself to Wikipedia?

We need seriously help!

Have you heard of Omar Todd? (Me neither). He claims he is a celebrity and he keeps adding himself to Wikipedia. I am an administrator for Wiki and we've been going through the due process of finding and deleting accounts he makes from himself on Wikipedia in accordance with our deletion policy. On June 25 2013 he added himself to Wikipedia a third time, and we've now embarked on a 4 day debate to have him deleted and salted (Wiki speak for banning "Omar Todd" as a title on Wikipedia). Before we do that, I'd like to put it to the community here to help me verify some of his claims:

1. Omar says he stars in the TV show Whale Wars and that he produced the film The Cove. His IMDb page appears to be moderated by himself and not by IMDb themselves so we worry about the validity of his references to it. IMDb states he appeared in one episode of a Whale Wars special spin-off but never on the show itself. I watched the listed episode on YouTube and did not see Omar Todd appear. Possibly he was in the background but had no speaking role and was not interviewed with the rest of the cast. He is not listed as producing The Cove and The Cove pages make no reference to him.

2. He states he is the CIO for Sea Shepherd Conservation Society but I can only find evidence of a volunteer role with the group. He is not listed on their staff and a CIO position is not listed on their staff. I can't even be sure what capacity he volunteers in because there is no crew profile for him on any of their campaign pages.

3. He has a weirdly popular social network on Twitter, but as one of my peers on Wikipedia pointed out, it looks like he buys his followers and does not gain them organically. He or she used this graph http://twittercounter.com/OmarSeaShepherd to study Omar's followers and she noticed that 100,000's of people are added to his account in short periods of times. He loses followers just as fast and then seems to buy more and more. His account currently stands at 400,000 followers, but no one has ever heard of him.

Can someone help by offering information about Omar Todd and why he is notable enough to have a Wikipedia account? Have you heard of Omar Todd? Do you know what Omar Todd does professionally? Have you ever seen him featured in a magazine or on television?

No I don't know about him. And only after you told this name I came to know about that guy. Seriously I don't know how he gets so much followers in Twitter and also in Facebook,I think how had done something wrong or he is really a celeb.
