My website needs improvements but I don't know how to make them. I'm looking for some help on it but don't have much to spend on the improvements.

I live in Northampton in the UK and would like to know if there is anyone that can help. I need to improve the SEO, Search Engine Optimisation, Search Engine Optimization, the website design, and I would also like some help on the online marketing of the site.

What I'm really looking for is someone that could do everything for me, maybe an online marketing consultant.
