Instagram video doesn't work?? Help?

I have the iPhone 5. I updated Instagram but the videos don't play for me. I can make them but I can't watch them. When I press the play button on any video a circular arrow shows up?? Some one help me

I had that too on my iPhone. I also had an app installed that compressed mobile data (Onavo) and that made a vpn connection. Remove that app, disconnect vpn connections in your general settings and everything should work fine... It did with me.
