Why are my instagram tags not working?

I used to get 30-40 and even 60 likes when i put 30 tags but now even i put the same tags i barely get 5-10 likes Its been appeng since the new version of instagram came out ( video section) please help me ,

This may be correct (about 68% sure) it's because Instagram is now banning generic tags. For example, the tag iPhone leads to a tag with No Photos according to Instagram. I do believe this only started to happen since he last update.
