How do i get my twitter account back?

I an currently logged onto twitter on my phone and have been for the past year but i have no clue what the email address or passwor that i have is. I have not used the internet version of the account and only tweet from my phone but when i get a new one, i will have to make a new account and have to regain all my followers -_- is there any way that i can get my email that is connected to my twitter account orr nah?

Go to this page and enter your username ( @name ).

You're only option then will be to go through your email accounts and find which one gets set the Password Reset email and follow the instructions on that email.
