My Facebook account is temparary not available as per Facebook message?

due to some problem that i do not know so i contact Facebook help center and describe my problem they said to submit legal documents to verify my Facebook account otherwise they can not help me so at the same time i submitted some of my legal documents to verify my Facebook account after that since next day i am messaging for to know when my account will be available but still no reply from Facebook help center i am in serious trouble looking for some one to help me

if facebook can't help you, what help are you expecting from us - you're currently going through "the system" and until they confirm your identity and restore your account there's nothing you or anyone else can do about it.

you have to provide a copy of your govt issued ID to facebook to get your account back (did you create more than one account?)

then you have to wait a week for facebook to review it
