How can you get into your Twitter account without your password or email password?

My boyfriend got hacked on Twitter so he had to change his password, and he then forgot his password and he doesn't know the password to his email address, so he can't request a new password.
He gets mobile updates from Twitter and he's going to be getting them forever if he can't get into his account and turn it off.

If your bf is getting his twitter account hacked, then he should report it. Also, to change the password on his account and forgetting it doesn't quite help the situation from getting any better. He should make his password to where he can remember it easily and not forget it because he made it hard or just typed anything for the password.

I don't suggest making a password that is difficult for you to forget and should make one that is easy to remember instead. You could have screen printed your computer with the password information on it or have it stored online that provides safety and security.
