cant log into my account?

I never set up security questions therefore My answers wont match. There has to be another way to identify Me! I Am DAWN WEISS MY D.O.B IS 2/9/1970. I can log in on My phone just fine or log in using My facebook but on the laptop no I haven't tried to log in from laptop in years have only been using My phone. Please help me i dont want to start a new account all my stuff is attached to that account. I just did My hubbys taxes & using this account is the only why to track My tax check Please help Me!

Who or what are you using for email? Yahoo? MSN? Hotmail?

If you can log into your email from your phone, then you should be able to log into your emails security settings from your phone and reset anything that you need to reset and then try to log into your email from the computer.

If you are using free email such as Yahoo, you can call their tech support line and they should be able to help you.
