Get a Mac and download sketchbook pro. Also, buy a drawing tablet, its like a small touchpad with a pen that let's you draw freehand straight on your computer

Try mypaint, that is the best free software to use. Go to youtube site and search the following words. These two videos will help you pick out a good software to use:

The easiest-to-use step up is SmoothDraw. Next would be MyPaint.
