How to use facebook app on a blackberry mobile?

I don't want to use wifi and I don't have a blackberry plan. I have the app installed but when I click on it is says "you are currently on a service plan that does not support this application". I contacted my service provider but they said the phone was under my dads name so only he could do it, but my dad is no longer around so is there any other way I could access facebook via blackberry app?

Why don't you try downloading UberSocial for Twitter and Facebook...that might help!

1. Open Facebook for BlackBerry smartphones.
2. Click the Places (P) icon.
3. Click the Check In button once it appears.
4. Select a location from the list that appears, or select Add a Place and enter a Name and Description, before clicking Create.
