Instagram video? Help!?

Okay so I don't know what's wrong my ipad (mini) isn't playing sounding instagram videos. It plays the video without sound. Yes my sound is all the way up, it's not on silent. I can hear youtube videos just fine, but not instagram! I tried going under settings to see if maybe I need to change something but no luck. Please help! Thanks!

delete the instagram app then re download it, hopefully that will sort it out
