oki here is the story well I was at my friends place the other day and all of the sudden his sister and her friend showed up, btw her friend was pretty hot and the funny thing is that couple days ago before I was on my friend's sisters profile and I saw her friend as well and I told my self damn she’s pretty. Anyways long story short they showed up and her friend was kind a in to me. I mean they were talking about zodiac signs to my friend then she turned to me and she asked mine, when I told her I'm Pisces she moved her head a little down and said that’s a nice sign to go out with and she was looking at me constantly. even she was trying to teach some dancing move to my friend and she looked at me couple of time while she was trying to teach plus she gave me a hug a at the end. is this a good sign if it is what should i do next should I msg her on facebook and ask her out?? thanks

This could be a sign , you should try to start messaging her nd maybe flirt a little to see if she's into you. from what you said i would say she likes you but give it time
