Help, my Facebook account was disabled for no reason?

My facebook account, was disabled. I didn't do anything and it's not telling me why it's disabled.
I haven't done a thing, I was just sending a message to a friend and it logged me out, and when I tried to log back in, it said my account was disabled.
I don't know what I did wrong, help?

If your account is disabled, you won't be able to log in and no one else will be able to see it. you must have broken some rule, like using a fake name or fake age, or creating more than one account

you can appeal it, but i've never heard of anyone who had a successful appeal - you will probably never get your account back
