Do guys use their mates to spy on their crush?

Do boys tell their mates to spy on their crush..
This can be him telling to see what she is doing( is she talking to any boys or hanging around)
What does she do in college when we are in some place else in the college
Like wanting regular updates about their crush's movements
Might sound odd but do boys ever do that and why do they do that?

Yes, if girls do it then guys do it. It depends on the guy and how much he is obsessed with the girl. They do this because they call dibbs on certain girls and do not want anyone else with "their" woman. Their "spys" try to determine if the girl likes them back so they can figure out if they have a chance with them. Also they may (most likely) internet stalk you on social media even if they are not following your or not friends. Goodluck Hun!!!
