I thought that "a little over a week ago" means 6 days. Is it correct?


(2) What's meant by "put a bunch"?

"a little over a week ago" means a bit more than a week. Perhaps 8 or 9 days.

"bunch" is used here in the sense of "group", The sentence would be clearer if it read " put a bunch of 10 year olds together"
