how to stop facebook,orkut notification in my yahoo mail id?
I'm tired of thousands of unwanted notification(including orkut,facebook,yahoo groups).How to stop all these nonsense?

Facebook: delete your page - end of notifications. OR, change your FB settings to 'no mail'.
Same for orkut etc.

Yahoo groups : you can only receive mail if you subscribed. So, unsubscribe.
Procedure: send a blank email to (groupname)-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com - and you`re out.

If the group name is "yahoo-answers-fans" you would send to : yahoo-answers-fans-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com.
