how to approve 4000 facebook friend requests?!!??!?

my friend, he has 4000 facebook friend requests and now he's confuse how to accept those requests because he can't open the 'request' page .. too many to display so the computer stunned .. any solution ?

How did he even get so much friend request? Did he just start using facebook if so, tell him to delete his account and create another account then just add everybody before it gets to that level.
