I've been stalking the guy I like's Twitter and Instagram pages. I don't have an account to either so I assumed that I was totally anonymous and he could never find out I was looking at his stuff. (I get onto his pages via a Google search). But now I'm getting a little worried because I've heard that nothing you do on the internet is private. I'm going to stop looking at his stuff anyway because I feel guilty and weird and like a terrible person/stalker for doing it....but I'm still freaking out that he could know I have been.
I've gone onto his Twitter and Instagram pages like every day for a couple months. Is there anyway he could know??
Only answer if you are confident in your answer. I need to know. Thanks.
Oh and remember I DO NOT HAVE A TWITTER OR INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT.

Of course the government could hack into your search history and find out lol but I dont think theyre going to do that. Thats what people mean when they say nothing you do is private. If someone REALLY wanted to they could hack the system, but the boy will never find out. Even if you DID have a twitter or instagram, it doesn't notify somebody when someones been looking at their page. Wink

As far as I know, if your not logged in to them, there's no proof YOU went onto the pages. The google searches? Delete history. Delete search. Stalk away! Wink

I'm not sure that reading someone's public pages is really stalking, anyway. There's internet robots like google's search spider that do that all the time.

The server operators (like Twitter) have your ip address logged, and probably the NSA sees that, but the person whose page it is won't, except maybe if you steal their password and log in as them.
