How do I have a Facebook fan page without having an actual Facebook?

I'm a musician and creating a Facebook fan page would be good for my music's popularity, but right now it's not possible to hide the admin's account on the fan page. I'm concerned when it comes to the privacy of my personal account.

I see Taylor Swift has a fan page, and she doesn't have a personal account, nor does it show that she does.. How is that possible?

I used to have a facebook but deactivated it but while I had it my friends and I went through this craze where we were making fan pages for each other. The trick is, when I deactivated my facebook, the page disappeared as well. So you can't make a fan page if you don't have a facebook but someone can make it for you and they would be the ones who can operate it. You can't unless you have an account. So the only thing I can think of is that she has someone else running the site for her because when we made fan pages it didn't show the administrators.
