Is Raffling stuff on Facebook Legal?

To promote my djing page on Facebook, I want to start doing weekly raffles. Basically, I got to Target and get some pair of headphones or something DJ related and raffle it off. There will be NO charge or any money involved. They just have to like the raffle status and we randomly select a winner. My question is... is this legal? Since Money is not involved?

Last I checked, they required a 3rd party administrator to manage a sweepstake, these can take the form of a paid application. Giveaways can be a good way to build up page likes, some promote them with paid Facebook ads, the high clickthrough rates giveaways attract can get your click costs to under a dime.
