I have the hugest crush on this guy that i work with but ive only had one conversation
with him. He got fired for calling in sick so i didnt get a chance to become close with him or pursue anything. After he got fired i added him on facebook n messaged him, we talked about work and that was it. The conversation was short. I know nothing about him except we have the same taste in music. How do i start talking to him more and get him to hangout with me n get to know him without seeming like a creep? Please help!

Continue to talk to him on FB but limit yourself to once a week so it doesn't seem stalkerish and if you get the opportunity ask him to hang out.

Why are girls always talking about creep and creep related things when dating. The vast majority of people aren't creeps. And how can you be a creep if your interested in some one and trying to get to know them? A creep always stays hidden, forever or until they attack. STOP worrying about creep related stuff! Anyway, to answer your question. Whats wrong with just being up front about it? Tell him that you "thought he was cool and wanted to get to know him better but never got a chance to because of work. " These very words are great because 1 it shows you are interested without being over the top, 2 sets up the possibility of spending time together in the future. If you got mutual friends, hangout together in a group or something. And sharing interest in music is great. You can talk forever about it and explore some music together. Get his phone number. Facebook and social media is terrible for conversations if you both aren't always on and besides in person is always the best. Just shoot him a message one day and ask to hangout. Hate to be that simplistic about it but its a do or don't situation. If you do, you may have something. If you don't then you will wonder forever. Just have confidence that you are great person and more importantly be yourself if you ever get to spend time with this guy.
