Where can I report pit bull fighting?

I ran across an account on Instagram of this guy who records pit bulls violantly fighting and then puts them up. Problem is its in another country, a third world Country at that. Where they probably don't give a sh*t about animals anyways or have any animal rescue centers because they barely even have hospitals, there's nothing I can do is there? ):

It is a problem when the fighting is in another country. Dog fighting is legal in some countries. Do you know where the dog fighting is happening (city in country?)
