Can a facebook profile just disappear?

I occasionally get on my friends facebook to check out one of her friends on her list. the other day when you type her name in it doesnt show up. And all the comments she left on my friends facebook disapeared also. can a facebook just disappears? And is there a way to kno who is lookin at your profile?

There's no way to know who looks at it... someone could have hacked it and deleted it, or your friend could have just deleted it themselves.

yea, she must have blocked anyone who isnt her friend from finding her
or she deactivated her facebook

those are the only two options, and no there is no way of knowing whos looking at ur profile...

Yeah when a facebook user deletes his or her page, all her comments gets removed automatically

A Facebook account can't just disappear. Either they deleted you, or they deleted their account. There might be a way to see who's checking your Facebook. I'm not positive, but i think there is. My friend posted some thing with the top 5 people who views her profile.

Well...She probably deleted that's what my friend did I was wondering what happened to her and there is a way to find out who views your profile but that's only for one day or at least an hour because that stuff isn't allowed on Facebook and it usually gets reported. I hope this helped!

They probably deactivated their account. When u deactivate ur acc on facebook, it is no longer active.

So people can't search ur name up, or find u under "friends"

Ur friend probably went under options on her facebook acc and clicked the "deactivate" button.

Maybe cuz she wanted to take a break off facebook, she was bored, or for some other reason. U can always reactivate ur acc so its no biggy.

My friends ALWAYS deactivate their accounts. Then, they reactivate them like a few days later.

If thats not the case, she could of blocked you? when u block someone, u cant add them, or look at their profile.

But since shes ur friend, thats probably not the case.
