How to create facebook page?

I am a college student and recently started making and selling jewelry to friends and family. I would like to begin advertising my small business (have not register for a business license yet) on facebook.

How do I create a facebook pages? All I know is that I have to do it from my personal account.
If I create a page from my personal account will my friends be able to see the page? Will the people who "like" my page be able to see my personal account?

I don't want anyone to see my personal account or my friends to see my page yet.. Is there a way to not share my personal information?

They are two separate pages so your friends will "Like" your page in order to interact and view everything, but people who "Like" your page won't be able to see your personal page unless you are friends with them. You can also now interact through Facebook as if your page was a person. It's pretty easy to get started.
