Retarded. Ever read about the early years of the Industrial Revolution? Unregulated free-market leads to mega-corporations abusing workers, many of them children, while churning out products harmful towards consumers. And thats not even taking into account of the boom and bust cycle of an unregulated capitalist economy and the control corporations gain on the government. You need regulations to create stability and flexibility as well as protect the consumers and workers. If you want to see an unregulated economy, look at the Asian nations that employ thousands upon thousands of children for factory work in dangerous sweat-shop conditions for 15 cents a day so they can churn out products coated with lead paint.
