You Should Be Able to Change it Not Enough Details Was Given Out So This is Gonna be Hard to Figure Out

With Little Information The Only Thing i Can Tell you Is Maybe Your Picture Did Not Meet Facebooks Photo Requirements Perhaps the Size or File Type Did Not Work

If Thats Not It Please Update and Give Us More Information
