the only way you can do this is report them to facebook . they will decide if the profile needs to be deleted.

If you want to remove on your facebook profile. you can't see him and he can't see you. so you can block him. But you want to delete his facebook profile. It's possible. But firstly hacked his facebook and then delete his facebook.
