Should I delete my account?
Should I delete my facebook account?

I'm preparing for a tough xam. I check my fb account multiple times during my peak study hours... I can't help it its an addiction. This has affected my preparation. Plus most of my. Fb friends are of my prev school which I have left. I am in another city.....to me getting good marks is more imp than my fb friends. So what should I do? I have very little time left for the exam....?? Should I delete my account?

You could try studying without the use of a computer. For example go to the library and leave your computer behind and study there. If your computer is needed to study, then use facebook as a goal for studying. Every hour take 10 - 15 minutes checking it andd responding to your friends, then get back to work. Deleting it seems a bit over the top though. Beside when your bored studying all youd have to do is reactivate it.

Yes, delete it. Study is much more important than Facebook. If you delete your account, you can just sign back in and reactivate it without the worry of losing all your friends or images etc...

Or you could try exercising a little self control. God, grow up there is no such thing as addiction to facebook. Why don't you just go into your parental controls and block facebook. Have someone else set the password and tell them not to tell you it till after you are done studying.
