How to make people show up again on facebook news feed?

How to make people show up again on facebook news feed?
I must have blocked someone from showing up in the newsfeed by accident cause i never see her status show up and have to go to her page directly to see anything she posts.....do anyone know how to fix this?

Go to their profile, click on "Friends" and click "Follow". You need to do this individually though.
