If I posted something in a Facebook group?
The Facebook group is closed
And if I posted something in , will it show in my friends news feed? ( they are not in this group)
Cuz when I like a pic from an page or if I comment on my photo it showed in my friends
If I posted in a group will it show

Even if we go to a closed group, we can't see the posting in there, that's why it's called closed group.

So, the answer is NO.
