As they are online, they are already saved on computer once viewed, in cache, but in part, you can not reclaim or further distribute as your own there after,

There is also new dispute with ownership of your own images where Owners of Instagram app have right to reuse your images, for their purposes of the app, alot of users are discontinuing use of app,
