iphone 4s instagram HELP!!?

i just dowlaonded instagram for free and it looks a bit different from my friends instagram. i even watched this youtube video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JETkbUfWY-4 it's a tutorial on how to use instagram. (pls watch 2.20 to understand clearly if what's my question).

basically, everything is them but when i click the middle button and start taking pictures, it will look like this:

so on that picture and the one on video is different. why is it? did i download the wrong one? THANKS!!!

There's only one Instagram, maybe you have a newer updated version. If the app functions the same way then the appearance doesn't matter.
