This is about bullying?
I had a fight with two friends , they were saying bad things about me so I said bad things about them, so they decided to make a fake Facebook page about my dad and said really hurtful things , so a week later they deleted it because they were gettig abuse over it , I got them back by making memes about them , they said sorry for for all the bullying they were giving me , and I said sorry , but all of a sudden they start slagging me saying hurtful things and saying stuff about me family behind my back and they said that I will regret making that meme , I am having sleepless nights. What is the best thing to do

The best thing to do? Ignore it. They want a reaction from you and that was what you gave them. Don't fall into that trap again. Pretend you haven't seen what they've done and that you aren't even aware that they are pushing your buttons. If they make a meme about you: "Oh, you made a meme? That's nice." If they make another FB page: "Another one? Good for you." If they point out that they are talking behind your back: "I thought I heard something about that. Hows it working out for you?" Keep it all light and non chalante. Shrug with a smile and stroll away. Keep your head high.

These are tactics that I used all the time in school. Im very much a poke the bear type person. I went a bit further in my tactics though and usually ended up in fights. If a fight does happen for you, NEVER NEVER NEVER throw the first punch. Never be caught alone and try to keep it on school grounds. I let people beat me up on school grounds quite a bit so they would get expelled.
Good luck.

Sounds to me like these girls aren't your friends at all!
A fake facebook page because of an argument? That is NOT okay. That's cyberbullying.
Don't try to get them back. It will only make things worse. (Fire+Fire= Even bigger fire!)
The best thing to do, is ignore them, and find yourself some new friends.
If they want to be friends again, great! Just make sure that, you talk about these things before you do.
It might not be such a great idea to become best friends again, right away.
Hope this helped.
If things get bad, NEVER resort to suicide or self harm! You can talk to me! I'll be your friend. Smile

Stalk them. Spy on them. Get your sleep.

How to survive: A bully:

Step one: Find out what he is afraid of.

Step two: Express his biggest fear.

Step three: Find something to embarriss them.

Step four: Apologize for everything.

Step five: Giggle at them.
