When Will My Facebook Account be Off Suspension?

For what ever reason someone hacked into my facebook account...So I Changed my password, and locked up my page...I sent an e-mail to the customer service thingy and I havent got an e-mail back yet, alls i really want to know is when my temporary suspension will be over. Help me please?~ :c

same problem. I got a reply saying they needed me to verify that tthis was my email account, facebook account, and give a description of the issue. I sent that a week ago and haven't got a response. I've seen alot of people having the same problem around yahoo answers so hopefully they'll look into it. Plus it's winter break so maybe they're just taking a break
