My parents are monitoring my iPhone activity. How can I stop them?

Hello... My mom and dad are super protective. They have access to my texts, Instagram, Kik, and everything (you name it, they probably stalk it). My dad works at a computer company and he knows how to do all the stuff to make him and my mom see what I do. It's so bad- they won't let me curse at all! And I am 14. They don't want me to grow up and they don't trust me at all. I haven't ever done anything either that would make them feel this way. Also, they always want to know ALL of my passwords for everything and ALL of my friends on social media. It's so stupid. And I am not 5 years old anymore. PLEASE HELP! I deserve a little privacy in my life...

Thats got to suck. Have you tried confronting your parents on this, like told them you feel trapped and want some privacy? I sort of agree with them on the cursing though, I try not to curse and I'm 15. Anyway, I would just tell them what your thinking and ask them nicely for some privacy and for them to trust you. No girl should have their parents on their back all the time.
