Facebook group attacks me?

Alright so I was with this girl for a little while, we were together only a short while and then broke up. I didn't really like her and she knew I wanted to break up. We got in a bunch of fights and tried fixing it, but it crumbled again and again till finally everything boiled over Facebook and it all ended. Now 2 months later she creates a facebook group against me and posts mean stuff with her friends who hate me as well as posting private emails I sent her. The girl even has her mother and grandmother in on this hatred, acting like immature babies and swearing at me and stuff. I've shut off my FB account due to this and other circumstances, as well as totally shutting off contact with these people, but they can't let go. I let go of all this a few days after it boiled over, but they're taking weeks. What do I do, and how can I ensure the group gets deleted? I'm pretty sure, even though I stopped facebook about a month ago, that they don't allow groups attacking an individual.

You can go onto the group, just make a fake user or get a friend to go on it and click report abuse.
Or you can get the police involoved. This is what I'd do becasue this is bullying and harrassment. What she has done can get her into alot of trouble and nobosy deserves what she has done. Personally I think her whole family are a bunch of childish immatures

report the group then threaten them tell them your going to report it to the police if the group doesnt get shut down

Join up to face book and report that group. I'm almost certain it's iligal what they are doing.

if you get the police involved her mother and grandmother can get in serious trouble for harrassing a minor. her and her friends will get in a lot of trouble too. big fines.

Either reactivate your facebook account, or ask a friend who has a facebook account to do the following:

Go to the group (you don't need to be a member), scroll to the bottom of the page. There's a link in the bottom left saying "Report group". Click this, and it will take you to the reporting screen.

FB will take this seriously, as others have pointed out here this could be construed as illegal (depending on what country your in and what exactly they have said).

Facebook won't get back to you to say what action they have taken, but if you don't see the group disappearing after a week or so, I'd go to the Police. Maybe even go to them anyway, that might make the ex wake up from her little world she and her family appear to be living in!
