what does it mean if you keep seeing or hearing the name of your ex ?

what does that mean ?
it seems like everything i logg on to his name pops up out of no where ,
and its wierd because it pops on the minute i look on twitter or facebook like its MEANT for me
to see it , like how come it couldnt pop on their when i logg off you know ? its irritating me because its happening more than once. & yes i still like him , but its not helping . its just very irritating ..what should i do?

I don't use twitter, but can help with the Facebook. You don't have to unfriend him if you are not ready for that, instead you can just click on the HIDE button near one of his posts on your newsfeed. It will hide all his posts so that you don't have to see them anymore. You can always change it back later if you guys get back together or something. Its hard to get over your ex when you always see information about them. I think if you hide it it will be much easier. Good luck, hope you feel better soon.
