I would say that you are very good at getting the composition of the face correct and the detail is great. Keep up the good work and if you need assistance i would recommend art sites such as dragoart. It is also a good idea to use YouTube as it has some great tutorials.

There is no a such thing as bad art in the whole world. Nobody says that there is a specific way to draw manga or anime. You are good because you have your own style of drawing. Nobody starts off as good for anything. We are all human so we have to learn and develop the skill. Your art is amazing because you are tried. And if anybody says its bad, then ask them where is your art? You had the guts to put something up. YOUR ARE IS AMAZING BECAUSE YOU HAVE YOUR OWN STYLE.

You're pretty good! You go the proportions and the placements right, and you even added some shadows and clothing creases, which I find very difficult myself. Great job, and try to begin to add a little more detail and maybe try some different styles out of your comfort zone so you get more experience as an anime/manga drawer. Good luck!
