What is a good idea for a social media project?

I have an Educational Technology class this semester, and we each need to come up with three ideas for projects we could do in the coming weeks. I have two down, but I can't figure out one for Social Media.

Social media can be a good topic for your project. Social media is now playing a vital role in every sector. Most of the aware people are using and active on social media and updates their status. Now social media is a center of all source. You can get an Idea of about a person by following his social media profile, posts and status. Businessmans are Using social media to promote their products. So, can easily work with any social media. But I think facebook and Twitter are best for do any assignment or project.
