There are tons of ways to spend money on Facebook...everything from games to advertisements. The problem is that getting a live person on the phone at Facebook is nearly impossible so you may never know what the source of the issue was.

Just rest assured that your bank caught it and reversed the charge. I had $70 in mystery charges from Facebook on my business account and I had to pay to get a new debit card when they cancelled my old one.
