How can I transfer my windows video to my iphone?
Ok so I just shot a video with my camera and I edited it and published it on my windows computer and now I was put in on my iphone 4s so I can share it on instagram . Any help ?

Download and install Handbrake from http://www.handbrake.fr

Use it to convert the video to an MP4 - use the presets. Drag to the iTunes library. Sync your iPhone to iTunes - be sure the video comes over to the iPhone in the sync...
