How does someone cancel relationship requests on facebook?

Okay, i am trying to send a girl a relationship couple request, however i can't. This is because the other user currently has a ''pending relationship request'' that she has not answered, and she can't get rid of it. So how does she remove the pending relationship request that she is not aware of?

You Can Cancel it your Self By Going to Edit your Relationship Status And Remove Her Name From the Relationship Status With Box and Than Save the Changes That Will Cancel it or She Also has The Option of Not Accepting it Which Will Also Cancel the Request

Why are people so quick to add a "Relationship Status"? The girl you want to add already has one pending, so she obviously changed relationships. Don't you realize that you will be stuck seeing that "relationship" on your Timeline long after it's over? You will end up regretting this.

The only reason to change a relationship status is if a couple gets married. Relationships come and go, but, hopefully, a marriage will last.
