Can I get a new phone?

My iPhone 4S with ios 7 is CONSTANTLY crashing when I use my most useless apps. For example about 30% of the time, when I try to upload a picture on Instagram it crashes and leads me to the home screen repeatedly until I reset the phone. Just now my safari app crashed 5 times before I reset it. Another issue is sometimes the screen glitches and has patchy, colorful square spots on the keyboard when I'm typing. It's super annoying and I'm just wondering if I can get a new phone, or even better upgrade soon. I have AT&T with the 2 year contract. This march will be a year since I last upgraded

You probably messed up the software and the phone itself is fine. Restore the operating system.

I would restore it back so you start over, I have never even seen a crash like that once on my iphone.
