JPane: The Reaction to Anita Sarkeesian is disgusting. True. But that also doesn't really deface the facts that people have proven Sarkeesian wrong, there is proof that she doesn't even play the Video Games she complains about and in 2010 just before her Kickstarter there is footage of her stating she doesn't like Video Games all together. All which is swept underneath the rug because of the people attacking her, which is a large minority of 4Chan trolls.

Again, I don't watch her videos, but I do enjoy how much gamers whine about her. The fact that folks tend to counter her critiques with more sexism (rape threats, attacking her character, claiming that women don't play games) speaks volumes about the type of people she riles up.

I agree with some of her points and feminist theories, but I despise her as a person. For example: While she had a great point about sexism in video games, she also used many manipulative and deceptive tactics to "prove" her point. Finally, she didn't need the ludicrous amount of money she raised to do a simple evaluation of video games she didn't actually play. It was a scam.
