SOCIAL MEDIA HELP OR PHRASE?

I'm on the social media team for my work (apart from other things I do) and am going to present at an exhibit next week. I'll be distributing folders and would like to put labels in the folders with our social media sites (aka facebook and twitter.)

I created a few, but my boss saw some phrase on a yogurt tub (ridiculous, I know) that she wants me to use, but can't find. It was something like "Find us, fan us, follow us online" or something like. I can't find it anywhere.

Does anyone know exactly what it says, or does anyone have a good phrase like that to use on our labels? It was Stonyfield yogurt, in case anyone has one sitting in front of them
